"It's such an intimate relationship. I think it's the most intimate professional relationship, and getting that fit right, the chemistry... how do you function when you're, kind of breaking down? "I think we've stopped talking about work-life balance, which is great, because we should. It's a complete fallacy. And then I feel like we were talking about work-life integration a bit, and that felt a little bit more PC for us to talk about, but I think that's also still BS, because that forces us to construct these sort of arbitrary barriers between our personal life in our work life, but we're the same person in both scenarios."

This perspective reframes how EAs can support leaders, not by helping them compartmentalize different aspects of their lives, but by understanding them as whole people with varying priorities and needs across different contexts.

"I think the pendulum is swinging back, where, as a society, we are accepting the fact that outsourcing and delegation just makes a lot of sense... I was talking to somebody the other day, they have, like, 20 coaches, and it's, like, a nutritionist, and someone's helping them learn AI, and, like, you can do that now. You can really curate your own individual team of support."

This vision extends beyond traditional EA relationships to encompass a broader ecosystem of specialized support, where leaders can access expertise and assistance across every aspect of their professional and personal lives.

"When we see a lot of clients that come to us, and they're like, please, I just need somebody to tell me what to do. Like, please come and boss me around, and, like, build all the systems, and just tell me what to do. And when those people come to us, we're like, yes, we got you, we got you!
