Rob Drummond
Rob is a marketer, copywriter and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expert. In 2014 he made the decision to base his business around the CRM system Infusionsoft. In 2015 he qualified as an Infusionsoft Certified Partner, and is still an Infusionsoft Certified Consultant.
There’s a lot of talk in the marketing work about systems, tech and funnels. But the big bottleneck to me seems to be content. Whatever tools you use, you have to tell your story in a way that is engaging to potential customers. That is what the True Story Selling exists to do.
