S2:E11 – Automated System Design with Scott Richins
The Importance of Automated System Design
On today’s episode, we are going to be discussing the art of Automated System Design. It’s a subject that is often associated with just marketing, but it spreads much wider throughout the business model and should be adopted where it can add value whether that be via speed or productivity/convenience to your clients and your team.
We are all precious about our time, with so many demands on this limited resource I see it all too often people working extremely hard to save a penny and are blind to the thousands that are leaking out of other areas in their businesses due to lack of efficiency.
The investment into automating your systems professionally, and then making a business commitment of time and money to implement them will pay dividends many times over.
The starting point is recognising that automation is developing and fast, especially with bots and AI. Businesses need to embrace this and look beyond the initial investment and focus on the longer-term returns.
In today’s episode of #TheOpenMike Podcast, we will cover the process around Automated System Design plus much more.
I’m privileged to be joined today by a widely respected expert in this field and a very grateful and warm welcome to Scott Richins for joining us today from Phoenix Arizona.
Thanks for taking time from your extremely busy schedule to join us today Scott.
